Driving Human Resources Innovation with NLP

Abstract

I gave a talk at the Launch of the HiTZ Chair of Artificial Intelligence and Language Technology, where I outlined Avature’s Machine Learning strategy and developments. My presentation covered key advancements in skill-related developments and generative AI, showcasing how we’re integrating these innovations into the Avature Platform. I introduced our team, detailing our workflow and the structured approach we take to move projects from concept to execution. Emphasizing the critical role of research and collaboration, I highlighted our commitment to partnering with academic institutions, which enriches our work with cutting-edge insights and fosters a continuous exchange of knowledge and expertise in AI.
