I had the privilege of delivering the keynote talk at the AI4Labour project seminar, part of the Horizon 2020 MSCA-RISE European Project, which focuses on “Reshaping Labour Force Participation with Artificial Intelligence.” In my presentation, I outlined Avature’s strategic approach to innovate in the Human Resources area through Machine Learning, highlighting the advancements we’ve made to address evolving workforce needs. I discussed how our ML innovations are designed to enhance talent acquisition, optimize workforce participation, and enable companies to meet dynamic labor market demands.
